You can now register for the new season 2025-2026
You can register again for the new season of Amsterdams Jeugd Muziektheater. This year, we have three groups: preparatory group A (group 6), preparatory group B (group 7), and the production group for group 8 and secondary school.

Preparations for the show "The Magical City of Amz"
The children of the production ánd preparatory group are busy preparing for the performances in July. This year we have two performances in the Crea theater in Amsterdam. Keep an eye on our socials for ticket sales.

You can now register for "Group A"
It is now possible to register for the preparatory group of the Amsterdam Youth Music Theater. This group starts on January 10, 2025 and rehearses every Friday evening from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM. Sign up here.

The AJM is looking for good dancers for the new production
Are you in group 6 and would you like to have participated in the production of groups 7 and 8? Then you're in luck! We are looking for strong and expressive dancers (and singers) for the ensemble of group B. This means that this year you can start immediately and rehearse on Wednesday afternoon. Contact us to look at the possibilities.

We have a new location!
It was a bit thrilling for a while, but we were finally able to find a new location! The rehearsals will take place in the Spiegelzaal on the WG site in Amsterdam Oud-West.

The new year
We will start with the new group on Wednesday, November 6, 2024. Prior to this rehearsal, we will have a one-off meeting on Monday evening, November 4, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. It is an introduction for all children and parents. During this meeting we can get to know each other a little better, we will do a number of games/exercises and mutual expectations are shared. This is also the opportunity to ask questions.
