Group A | MUNCHKINS (Wednesday afternoon)
In the first semester we will work towards a Christmas performance. In the second semester we will start working on our own performance. The course year will be concluded at the end of the school year by means of a musical theatre performance that is open to an outside audience. In this the children can show what they have learned in the past year.
It is possible that in the last months group A and B will be combined for a longer rehearsal time. Please take this into account if your child has other hobbies. Groups A and B belong to the preparatory group.
Start of rehearsal
You may enter 15 minutes before the start of the rehearsal. Please wait quietly in the kitchen. Knock on the front door. If no one answers and you're the first one, please ring the doorbell SHORTLY at Ketelhuisplein 45. After this, the doorbell may not be rung again, as this will disrupt the rehearsal.
Planning
We rehearse from October to June. There are no rehearsals during school holidays. See the full annual planning here.
What do you need
You make sure you have your stuff with you to every rehearsal. What is expected of you:
- Folder (with or without holes, for song lyrics, game texts, assignments, information, script and other material)
- Notebook
- Pencil and eraser (for taking notes. You can attach this to the folder so you always have it with you.)
- Non-slip socks
- Water bottle
- Comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily.
Performances
It is possible that a performance is planned for multiple groups (A, B and C). It is possible that a joint (extra) rehearsal is planned for this.
